Brief Description The Gillie Girl's Sprint Triathlon is located 2 miles off of Route 5 near West Hill Golf Course on Ike Dixon Road & Sands Road and Gillie Brook Roads. The course includes a 1/2 mile swim in the natural spring fed Gillie Lake, a flat 14 bike route and a spectator-friendly 5k run. This is a great event for all women, first time racers, seasoned triathletes and relay teams. USAT Sanction pending. |

| Directions Route 695, to West on Route 5, turn right on Ike Dixon Road, travel approximately 2 miles and turn right onto Sands or Gillie Brook Roads. |

Gilly Girl's Sprint Triathlon is a USAT Sanctioned Event
USA Triathlon is the national governing body for the sports of triathlon, duathlon, winter triathlon and aquathlon in the United States. Participation in a USAT sanctioned event means the event director has the proper permits in place, liability and athlete excess medical insurance coverage and the event plan has met the standard of organization required. USA Triathlon provides rules, guidance and governance to set the standard for safe and fair multi-sport races. Please Note
There is no race rain date. Race Management reserves the right to refuse or accept any entry.
If under the age of 17 and not a USAT member, youths must buy a one year membership for $5 at www.usatriathlon.org
The Gillie Girl's Sprint Triathlon is a USAT sanctioned race and therefore;
• PHOTO ID'S ARE REQUIRED for package pickup and waiver signature.
• Package pickup by other than the race participant is not allowed.
• Each race participant must pick up their own race package with a photo ID.
• CPSC approved bike helmets are required.
Additional Information
All refunds and transfers must be made by July 1st, 2012.
Race Information Meeting at 7:30am on the day of race.
